Meet the Founder
Irene, Founder
Over twenty-five years ago, a colleague told her, “You have this ability of encouraging and helping others to develop themselves.” Irene has been helping people grow ever since, from individualised coaching to cohort-wide programmes.
She is thankful for the privilege of having contributed to the learning journey of over four thousand individuals, across different cultures and organisational settings. She uses her skills in sense-making, connecting the dots, and deep thinking to help individuals and teams identify, understand, and develop their talents.

Grounded in honesty and excellence, Irene builds trusted relationships to provide deep-thinking insights and strategise customised people-development and lifelong-learning initiatives. As a Learning & Development Capability Builder, she empowers teams through hands-on L&D solutioning, implementation, and evaluation. She partners with stakeholders to co-create people-development systems that are both strategic and pragmatic.
She has walked with teams to review people-development systems, conducted training needs analyses, planned and implemented staff-development programmes, facilitated adult learning, and trained tertiary students. She has journeyed with over 2,000 learners on AI and digital literacy, workplace learning, and life skills.
Irene has held a broad range of people-developer roles, including L&D audit, curriculum development and review, assessment setting and marking, chief subject coordination, classroom management, learner administration, and coaching.
